Your use of the network
Network limitations and the capabilities of your mobile phone may affect your ability to receive the service. Your mobile phone must be compatible with the network – for a list of compatible mobile phones, see crazyjohns.com.au/equipment. We may lock your mobile phone to the Crazy John's Network if we choose to do so.
Eligibility
To be eligible for our Plans you must meet our minimum credit requirements. Your service may be subject to a credit limit. If at any time you reach your credit limit, we may suspend your service unless you choose to make an interim payment.
Twin Value Plans
All Plans are subject to a minimum commitment period of 24 months. Refer to the following table.

Your Monthly Commitment
On a Value Plan, you must pay us a Minimum Monthly Commitment (MMC). Your MMC entitles you to make calls, send messages and use data services up to the value included in the plan during the relevant month (subject to the usage on restricted call types), based on the rates applicable to your Plan (we call this your Monthly Included Credit). You must also pay for any additional usage at the rates applicable to your Plan. Any unused portion of your Monthly Included credit for a given month will be forfeited and cannot be accrued for use in subsequent months.
Changes to your Plan
If you lower your original MMC, you are required to Pay an early termination charge and start a new contract. You may raise your MMC to a higher spend level at any time without charge, changes will be applied to your account within 24 hours.
Early Termination Charges
If your Plan is terminated before the end of your Commitment Period, you will be required to pay an early termination charge calculated as: the MMC x contracted months remaining (including month of termination) plus any additional handset repayments is applicable.
Extra Value Packs
You can add an Extra Value Pack to your Plan any time within your contract period. If you do not use all the credit included within your Extra Value Pack in any month that unused credit will be forfeited and you cannot accrue it for use in subsequent months.

Text/MMS excluded services
All Text/MMS for this offer applies to standard personal Text/MMS sent to individuals within Australia, and excludes premium and re routed Text/MMS. The offer cannot be used for commercial or resale purposes. Text/MMS to Pivotel network not available.
