We are well aware that our success is driven by motivated, well-trained people. We invest heavily to ensure all employees at all levels get the training and opportunities to develop to their full potential. Our commitment to developing our people is clear from the establishment in July 2005 of our National Training College. It's the first of its kind in Australia.

One of the main aims of the Training College is to bring new skills to staff and develop Crazy John's core values. The College provides theoretical and practical programs to support our people in their career, as well as offering a development plan to grow with Crazy John's. We also offer externally accredited traineeships. Team members from around the country are flown to the Training College in Melbourne for regular intensive training.
