Training

We are well aware that our success is driven by motivated, well-trained people. We invest heavily to ensure all employees at all levels get the training and opportunities to develop to their full potential. Our commitment to developing our people is clear from the establishment in July 2005 of our National Training Team.

One of the main aims of the Training Team is to bring new skills to staff and develop Crazy John's core values. The Team provides theoretical and practical programs to support our people in their career, as well as offering a development plan to grow with Crazy John's. We also offer externally accredited traineeships. Crazy John's staff attend regular intensive training sessions in their home state.
