Prepaid Top-Up

Topping up your Prepaid online is quick and easy, just follow these steps and you'll be topped up before you can say Crazy!

2. Alternatively, you can also top-up if you login to My Account - use the link below once you're comfortable with the process we've described here
   
   To login you will need:           
   

   Your Crazy John's prepaid mobile number
                                     +
   The 6-digit PIN you created when activating your prepaid number
   

3. Once you are logged into your account select the Top-Up Now option on the right of the page
   
   
   
   
   
4. There are two options for topping up your account:
   
   
   
   
   
   • A Top-Up voucher
     These can be bought at retail outlets and Crazy John's stores. Enter the Voucher PIN and click on the Top-Up button.
   • A Credit Card Payment
     You can either register the details of your credit card to save you time when you login again or you can manually input the details. Choose the amount you want to top-up (minimum is $5.00) and click on the Top-Up button.
     
     
5. "The top-up has been successfully processed" will be displayed at the top of the screen. You can check the updated credit balance on your account by clicking on the Account Summary option.
