To keep your service up and running, you’ll need to activate your Vodafone SIM before your transfer date. Don’t worry – your phone number, your current plan inclusions, the months left on your contract and minimum monthly commitment will stay the same, and you’ll still be using the Vodafone 3G network.
For details on your plan information, keep an eye out for a letter and email that will explain your transfer date and new plan information in more detail.

How to activate your SIM.
- Have your Crazy John’s account details and new Vodafone SIM number handy.
- Head to vodafone.com.au/new-vodafone-sim or call 1800 086 066.
- When your Crazy John’s SIM disconnects, you can swap to your new Vodafone SIM.
You can also get your Vodafone SIM activated in any Vodafone store.
But remember, you’ll need to activate before your nominated transfer date to keep your service running smoothly.
