For many seniors, the mobile phone can be a frustrating or daunting technology. In recognition of this Crazy John’s has developed a free two-hour mobile phone training session specifically aimed at seniors. The session covers the basics of how to use the most common features of mobile phones, along with what to look for when deciding which mobile or plan to buy, finishing up with a Q&A session so participants can get expert advice on their own mobile.

These sessions are run by Crazy John’s staff and hosted by local community houses and centres.
