Credit Expiry
Different Credit Expiry Periods and Prepaid Credit amounts apply to different Recharge Amounts. The Credit Expiry Period and Prepaid Credit amount applicable to a particular Recharge Amount is outlined in the tables opposite. When you recharge your account and any Prepaid Credit is forfeited, that Prepaid Credit is forfeited permanently. You should therefore take care in specifying the amount by which you recharge to avoid an unexpected loss of Prepaid Credit. Crazy Prepaid Caps: If you recharge for an amount which corresponds with a Crazy Prepaid Cap Recharge Amount, any unexpired Prepaid Credit you have will be forfeited. Crazy Prepaid Plans: If you recharge for an amount which corresponds with a Crazy Prepaid Plan Recharge Amount, any unexpired Prepaid Credit you have will be forfeited, unless you are already on a Crazy Prepaid Plan.
Crazy Talk - Now Comes With Text
Crazy Talk & Text is talk and text Crazy John’s to Crazy John’s within Australia. You require an active credit balance (minimum of $0.10) to use your Crazy Talk & Text.
BONUS OPTIONS
Under Crazy John's Prepaid, you may be entitled to choose1 one of the following Bonus Options. The bonus option will only apply to Crazy Prepaid Plans (not Crazy Prepaid Caps). Half Price SMS: You receive a 50% discount on the price of all SMS messages sent within Australia to any standard mobile telephone number within Australia23, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week (this excludes 'premium' SMS messages). Half Price Crazy John's: You receive a 50% discount3 on the call rate for all calls within Australia to other mobiles on the Crazy John's Network in Australia23, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The full Call Connect Fee for each call still applies. Half Price Fixed: You receive a 50% discount24 on the call rate for all calls to standard fixed line phone numbers in Australia23, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The full Call Connect Fee for each call still applies. Offer excludes some calls.23 Half Price Family & Friends: You receive a 50% discount24 on the call rate for all calls to up to five standard Australian telephone numbers of your choice22 within Australia23, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The full Call Connection Fee for each call still applies. Offer excludes some calls.24
Important Notes on bonus options:
22. You may change your Bonus Option each time you recharge using the secure My Account web site. In the case of the Family and Friends bonus option, you may change your Family and Friends numbers each time you recharge.

Offer does not apply to voicemail, directory assist calls, calls to ’13’ or ‘1800’ numbers, Inmarsat, MobileSat or Iterra calls, calls to ships at sea (12458) or premium service calls or messages. We may change or withdraw Bonus Options at our own discretion. It may take up to 48 hours for your Bonus Option to take effect – any usage before the Bonus Option is applied will be charged at the standard rate applicable to your Plan. All Bonus Options are subject to our Fair Use Policy, available on our website at crazyjohns.com.au/terms.

Credit Expiry Prepaid Cap - 30 day credit expiry applies, use your credit on standard talk, text and more, some services excluded. Prepaid Mobile Broadband – 30 day credit expiry applies to $19/$29/$49 recharge and 15 days for $10 recharge. Postpaid Cap - 1 month credit expiry applies, Crazy John's fair use policy applies, the amount of credit available on certain call types is restricted.

Crazy Caps Available to approved customers who connect to the $19/$29/$49/$69/$99 Crazy John’s Cap for 12 or 24 months. Minimum monthly commitment is $19/$29/$49/$69/$99 respectively. The minimum cost to the customer on the $19/$29/$49/$69/$99 plan over 24 months is $456/$696/$1176/$1656/$2376 and over 12 months is $228/$348/$588/$828/$1188, plus any additional usage above the included value, and any handset repayments (if applicable). Early Exit Fee of $9.50/$14.50/$24.50/$34.50/$49.50 respectively x months left on contract applies, plus any remaining handset repayments (if applicable).
