CREDIT EXPIRY
Different Credit Expiry Periods and Prepaid Credit amounts apply to different Recharge Amounts. The Credit Expiry Period and Prepaid Credit amount applicable to a particular Recharge Amount is outlined in the Info & Rates tab. When you recharge your account and any Prepaid Credit is forfeited, that Prepaid Credit is forfeited permanently. You should therefore take care in specifying the amount by which you recharge to avoid an unexpected loss of Prepaid Credit.

Basic $10 & CAPS: If you recharge for an amount which corresponds with a Basic $10 or CAP Recharge Amount, any unexpired Prepaid Credit you have will be forfeited.

SuperSaver: If you recharge for an amount which corresponds with a SuperSaver Recharge Amount, any unexpired Prepaid Credit you have will be forfeited, unless you are already on a SuperSaver. There is no limit to the amount of SuperSaver credit you can accumulate.

FREE TALK & TEXT 24/7
Free Talk & Text 24/7 applies to Crazy John’s Prepaid SuperSaver plans. It is talk and text Crazy John’s to Crazy John’s within Australia, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. To use Free Talk & Text 24/7 you require a credit balance (minimum of 1c). Our Fair Use Policy applies which is available at crazyjohns.com.au/terms. Commercial use is not permitted.
