Your use of the network

Network limitations and the capabilities of your mobile phone may affect your ability to receive the service. Your mobile phone must be compatible with the network – for a list of compatible mobile phones, see crazyjohns.com.au/equipment. We may lock your mobile phone to the Crazy John’s Network if we choose to do so.

Eligibility

To be eligible for our Plans you must meet our minimum credit requirements. Your service may be subject to a credit limit. If at any time you reach your credit limit, we may suspend your service unless you choose to make an interim payment.

Crazy 25C Plan

On a Crazy 25C Plan, you must pay us a $10 Minimum Monthly Commitment (monthly plan). This Minimum Monthly Commitment entitles you to make calls, send messages and use data services worth up to that value during the relevant month, based on the rates applicable to your Plan (we call this your Monthly Included Call value). You must also pay for any additional usage at the rates applicable to your Plan. Any unused portion of your Monthly Included Calls for a given month will be forfeited and cannot be accrued for use in subsequent months. There is no minimum term on a Crazy 25C Plan. You can cancel at any time by telling us. This means the minimum cost of the plan is equal to one month’s Minimum Monthly Commitment payment, or $10.

Termination Charges

You must make any remaining Mobile Phone Repayments and pay for all call costs incurred prior to the termination date.

Mobile Internet Packs

You can add a Mobile Internet Pack to your Plan at the time you connect. If you do not use all the data included within your Mobile Internet Pack in any month, that unused data will be forfeited and you cannot accrue it for use in subsequent months.

Blackberry Internet Pack

You can add a Blackberry Pack to your Plan at the time you connect. Blackberry Packs apply only to your use of “Blackberry” internet and email services as provided by Research in Motion, and require a compatible device approved by Us and Research in Motion. Your use of other services will be subject to the charges applicable based on your selected Plan.

At the end of the Commitment Period, you will remain on your Plan or, if your type of Plan no longer exists, a comparable Plan. You will no longer receive any Bonus Options. All Bonus Options are subject to our Fair Use Policy, available on our website at crazyjohns.com.au/terms.

All offers subject to change and available whilst stocks last. 1) Network Locking: Prepaid handsets are locked to the Crazy John’s network, a $70 fee applies if network locking is removed within the first 6 months from activation date. Postpaid handsets are locked to the Vodafone or Crazy John’s Network, charges may apply to unlock, check handset box for details. 2) Credit Expiry: Prepaid - 30 day credit expiry applies, use your credit on standard talk, text and more, some services excluded. Postpaid - 1 month credit expiry applies, Crazy John’s fair use policy applies, the amount of credit available on certain call types is restricted. 3) Crazy Caps: Available to approved customers who connect to the $19/$29/$49/$79/$99 Crazy John’s Cap for 12 or 24 months. Minimum monthly commitment is $19/$29/$49/$79/$99 respectively. The minimum cost to the customer on the $19/$29/$49/$79/$99 plan over 24 months is $456/$696/$1176/$1896/$2376 and over 12 months is $228/$348/$588/$948/$1188, plus any additional usage above the included value, plus monthly handset repayments over the term of the contract if applicable. Early Exit Fee of $9.50/$14.50/$24.50/$39.50/$49.50 respectively x months left on contract applies if not connected for 12 or 24 months. 4) CrazyTalk: Bonus talk time from Crazy John’s to Crazy John’s mobile services within Australia. Prepaid services require an active credit balance (minimum $0.10) to use CrazyTalk. 5) Free Gift: Offer is valid for a limited time and only to approved customers on selected plans. 6) RRP: Refers to the suppliers Recommended Retail Price for Australian retailers.
