1. Network Locking

Prepaid: Devices are locked to the Crazy John's network, a $100 fee applies if network locking is removed within the first 6 months from activation date. Exceptions: BlackBerry 8520 attracts $120 fee within first 6 months.

Postpaid: Devices are locked to the Vodafone or Crazy John's Network, charges may apply to unlock, check box for details.

2. Credit Expiry

Prepaid Caps: 30/30/45/60 day credit expiry applies to $19/$29/$49/$79 recharges respectively.

Flatchat: 90/90/90/120/180/365 day credit expiry applies to $15/$25/$35/$45/$55/$95 recharges respectively. FLATchat credit cannot be rolled over. Services subject to device capabilities, network limitations & customer locations. Crazy John's SIM card required to use this service, which is available for separate purchase. Crazy John's Fair Use Policy applies. All Text/MMS for this plan applies to standard personal Text/MMS sent to individuals within Australia, and excludes premium and re-routed Text/MMS. The offer cannot be used for commercial or resale purposes. Text/MMS to Pivotel network not available.

FLATchat Unlimited: FLATchat credit cannot be rolled over. Crazy John's SIM card required to use this service, which is available for separate purchase. 3. Postpaid Plans

Value Plans: Available to approved customers. $10 Value Plan only available over 24 months with direct debit and E-bill. Minimum Monthly Commitment (MMC) is $10/$15/$25/$35/$45/$55/$75 for the $10/$15/$25/$35/$45/$55/$75 Value Plans respectively. The minimum total cost to the customer on the $15/$25/$35/$45/$55/$75 plan over 12 months is $180/$300/$420/$540/$660/$900 respectively, plus any additional usage above the included value and any handset repayments (if applicable). The total minimum cost to the customer on the $10/$15/$25/$35/$45/$55/$75 plan over 24 months is $240/$360/$600/$840/$1,080/$1,320/$1,800 respectively, plus any additional usage above the included value and any handset repayments (if applicable). Additional data usage rate is 10¢ per MB and roaming within Australia rate is $1 per MB (charged per 10KB). Early Exit Fee of $10/$15/$25/$35/$45/$55/$75 x months left on contract for the $10/$15/$25/$35/$45/$55/$75 Value Plans respectively applies, plus any remaining handset repayments (if applicable). Crazy John's Fair Use Policy applies. All Text/MMS for this plan applies to standard personal Text/MMS sent to individuals within Australia, and excludes premium and re-routed Text/MMS. Family Value Plans: Talk & Text will be pooled between Family Value Plans on the same account monthly. Shared credit will not accumulate month to month. Minimum Monthly Commitment (MMC) is $10/$15/$25/$35/$45/$55/$75 for the $10/$15/$25/$35/$45/$55/$75 Family Value Plan respectively, plus any additional usage above the included value and any handset repayments (if applicable). Minimum total cost to customer on the $10/$15/$25/$35/$45/$55/$75 Family Value Plans over 24 months is $240/$360/$600/$840/$1,080/$1,320/$1,800 respectively plus any additional usage above included value and any handset repayments (if applicable). Additional data usage rate is 10¢ per MB and roaming within Australia rate is $1 per MB (charged per 10KB). Early Exit Fee of $10/$15/$25/$35/$45/$55/$75 x number of contracted months remaining including month of termination for the $10/$15/$25/$35/$45/$55/$75 Family Value Plans respectively applies, plus any remaining handset repayments (if applicable). Crazy John's Fair Use Policy applies. All Text/MMS for this plan applies to standard personal Text/MMS sent to individuals within Australia, and excludes premium and re-routed Text/MMS. Twin Value Plans: Available to approved customers who connect to the $35/$55 Twin Value Plan for 24 months. Minimum Monthly Commitment (MMC) is $35/$55 for the $35/$55 Twin Value Plans respectively, plus any additional usage above the included value and any handset repayments (if applicable). Twin Value Plans must be connected to the same billing account. The minimum total cost to the customer on the $35/$55 Twin Value Plan over 24 months is $840/$1,320 respectively, plus any additional usage above the included value and any handset repayments (if applicable). Additional data usage rate is 10¢ per MB and roaming within Australia rate is $1 per MB (charged per 10KB). Early Exit Fee of $35/$55 x months left on contract for the $35/$55 Twin Value Plans respectively applies plus any remaining handset repayments (if applicable). Talk & Text will be pooled between both services on the Twin Value Plans. Included data is divided evenly between users on the Twin Value Plan. Handsets available are limited to selected plans, for the $35 Twin Value Plan, handsets are limited to selected handsets available on the $15 Value Plan and on the $55 Twin Value Plan handsets are limited to selected handsets on the $35 Value Plan and below. 4. Mobile Broadband

Prepaid Mobile Broadband: Recharge before credit expires and accumulate unused data, maximum NEW balance after recharge is 20GB. Usage is calculated in per MB increments. Included data only for use in Australia on Vodafone's network. Broadband speeds are available in Vodafone's 3G Mobile Broadband Zone. Slower speeds can be expected outside Vodafone's 3G Mobile Broadband Zone. Actual speed achieved varies depending on factors such as device capabilities, location and network usage. 6. Bonus Options

Prepaid Bonus Options: Bonus Options are only available on Prepaid Deal recharges applied to Mobile Phone services (not Mobile Broadband services). You can choose between bonus text or bonus data. You can change your Bonus Option when recharging online at crazyjohns.com.au. Otherwise the Bonus Option will default to your last choice (or data for customers who have not yet selected). Bonus text is standard text messages sent within Australia to any standard mobile telephone number within Australia. Active balance of $0.01 to utilize your Bonus Options. We will draw down on your Bonus Options first (where applicable) before your Talk & Text or data. Existing expiry period rules apply and Bonus Options do not rollover.
