Direct Debit
Set up an automatic direct debit from your nominated bank account or credit card.
To set up Direct Debit, log in to My Account, then click on Payment Methods in the side menu. Click Setup to continue and follow the prompts.
If you have direct debit set up and you wish to pay at Australia Post instead, you must do so 5 business days before the due date
on your bill to avoid processing the transaction from your nominated direct debit account.
