Download a direct debit form here (PDF 5.1MB), complete all details and fax to 03 6210 3661 or mail to Crazy John’s Direct Debit, 250 Ingles Street, Port Melbourne, VIC, 3207.
If you have direct debit set up and you wish to pay at Australia Post instead, you must do so 5 business days before the due date
on your bill to avoid processing the transaction from your nominated direct debit account.
