
Your mobile phone bill typically includes a Minimum Monthly Commitment (charged in advance). The Minimum Monthly Commitment is the monthly charge for your Plan for the coming month.
As you may have signed up with Crazy John’s part way through the month, also appearing on your bill will be an additional charge (Partial Monthly Commitment).
The Partial Monthly Commitment covers the days between your joining date and your first monthly billing date. For example, if you joined us on the 1st and your monthly billing date is the 6th, there will be a Partial Monthly Commitment covering 5 days. You will only see this on your first bill and your final bill.

If you have a Crazy John’s Phone or Discount Plan with included monthly value, and you use more than this allowance, you’ll see additional Usage Charges listed on your bill.
During the time you joined and your first bill, you will only have received a few days worth of your monthly allowance. If you have used more than this then additional usage charges will apply to your bill.
