Your use of the network
Network limitations and the capabilities of your mobile phone may affect your ability to receive the service. Your mobile phone must be compatible with the network – for a list of compatible mobile phones, see crazyjohns.com.au/equipment. We may lock your mobile phone to the Crazy John’s Network if we choose to do so.

Eligibility
To be eligible for our Plans you must meet our minimum credit requirements. Your service may be subject to a credit limit. If at any time you reach your credit limit, we may suspend your service unless you choose to make an interim payment.

Crazy Cap Plans
All Crazy Cap Plans are subject to a minimum commitment period of 12 or 24 months. Refer to the following table.

Crazy Cap Plans
All Crazy Cap Plans are subject to a minimum commitment period of 12 or 24 months. Refer to the following table.

Your Monthly Commitment
On a Crazy Cap Plan, you must pay us a Minimum Monthly Commitment (MMC). Your MMC entitles you to make calls, send messages and use data services up to the value included in the cap during the relevant month (subject to the usage on restricted call types), based on the rates applicable to your Plan (we call this your Monthly Included Credit). You must also pay for any additional usage at the rates applicable to your Plan. Any unused portion of your Monthly Included credit for a given month will be forfeited and cannot be accrued for use in subsequent months.

Changes to your Plan
If you lower your original MMC, you are required to Pay an early termination charge and start a new contract. You may raise your MMC to a higher spend level at any time without charge, changes will be applied to your account within 24 hours.

Early Termination Charges
If your Crazy Cap Plan is terminated before the end of your Commitment Period, you will be required to pay an early termination charge calculated as: the MMC X contracted months remaining (including month of termination) plus any additional handset repayments is applicable.

Mobile Internet Packs
You can add a Mobile Internet Pack to your Plan at the time you connect. If you do not use all the data included within your Mobile Internet Pack in any month that unused data will be forfeited and you cannot accrue it for use in subsequent months.

Family Plans
Under a Family Plan, you can combine payments for several services into one account. You will receive a single bill for all services on the Plan, called a Family Account. You will be responsible for all charges made to a Family Account. You can add up to nine users to a Family Plan, subject to our approval.

Bonus Options
You may select a bonus option upon connection of your plan. Bonus options will be a choice between free SMS/free MB or on $29 Crazy Caps & above Unlimited voice calls to Vodafone & 3 mobiles in Australia (Free amount differs with plan type).

Premium SMS/MMS
You can bar you phone from sending & receiving all Premium SMS & MMS including voting & competitions. Call 13 22 99 from your mobile or visit crazyjohns.com.au/premium-services
