If you are a big talker and want loads of credit for less, PLUS a new phone, then Crazy John's Crazy Caps are for you! Simply customize a Crazy Cap plan to suit your needs and budget by choosing a phone, a Crazy Cap Value and a commitment length. It's that easy! Crazy John's Crazy Caps also include CrazyTalk, which allows you to talk and text to your family and friends on the Crazy John's network for longer. You always get more with Crazy John's!!!

Your use of the network
Network limitations and the capabilities of your mobile phone may affect your ability to receive the service. Your mobile phone must be compatible with the network - for a list of compatible mobile phones, see crazyjohns.com.au/equipment. We may lock your mobile phone to the Crazy John's Network if we choose to do so.
Eligibility
To be eligible for our Plans you must meet our minimum credit requirements. Your service may be subject to a credit limit. If at any time you reach your credit limit, we may suspend your service unless you choose to make an interim payment.
Crazy Cap Plans
All Crazy Cap Plans are subject to a minimum commitment period of 12 or 24 months. Refer to the following table.

Your Monthly Commitment
On a Crazy Cap Plan, you must pay us a Minimum Monthly Commitment. Your Minimum Monthly Commitment entitles you to make calls, send messages and use data services up to the value included in the cap during the relevant month (subject to the usage on restricted call types), based on the rates applicable to your Plan (we call this your Monthly Included Credit). You must also pay for any additional usage at the rates applicable to your Plan. Any unused portion of your Monthly Included credit for a given month will be forfeited and cannot be accrued for use in subsequent months.
Early Termination Charges
If your Crazy Cap Plan is terminated before the end of your Commitment Period, you will be required to pay an early termination charge calculated as: half the minimum Monthly Commitment × (contracted months remaining including months of termination).
Mobile Internet Packs
You can add a Mobile Internet Pack to your Plan at the time you connect. If you do not use all the data included within your Mobile Internet Pack in any month, that unused data will be forfeited and you cannot accrue it for use in subsequent months.
BlackBerry Internet Pack
You can add a BlackBerry Pack to your Plan at the time you connect. BlackBerry Packs apply only to your use of "BlackBerry" internet and email services as provided by Research in Motion, and require a compatible device approved by Us and Research in Motion. Your use of other services will be subject to the charges applicable based on your selected Plan.
Family Plans
Under a Family Plan, you can combine payments for several services into one account. You will receive a single bill for all services on the Plan, called a Family Account. You will be responsible for all charges made to a Family Account. You can add up to nine users to a Family Plan, subject to our approval.
Bonus Options
Bonus options available on all 12 and 12 month Crazy Cap & SIM-Only plans (excludes BlackBerry Caps). Customers can choose between a bonus SMS amount or Data (MB) amount on top of their included value. See crazyjohns.com.au for bonus SMS and Data amounts available on each cap. Bonus data is an allowance of GPRS usage that will be available before drawing on the included data. Bonus SMS is available for standard national SMS only, excludes international & premium SMS. Bonus options cannot be accumulated month to month. Bonus options cannot be changed.

The minimum cost to the customer on the $19/$29/$49/$69/$99 plan over 24 months is $456/$696/$1176/$1656/$2376 and over 12 months is $228/$348/$588/$828/$1188, plus any additional usage above the included value, and any handset repayments (if applicable). Early Exit Fee of $19/$29/$49/$69/$99 respectively x months left on contract applies, plus any remaining handset repayments (if applicable).

CrazyTalk Bonus text & talk time from Crazy John's to Crazy John's mobile services within Australia 24/7. Commercial usage not permitted. Prepaid services require an active credit balance (minimum $0.01) to use CrazyTalk. For customers who connected prior to 24 November 2009, Unlimited CrazyTalk may be changed or withdrawn by Crazy John's at any time in its sole discretion.
