Mobile Office

More than one third of Australian businesses have highly mobile employees*, and landlines don’t always offer the answer. Staying in contact when you’re mobile is an integral part of business today, and Mobile Office, by offering great value, gives you the flexibility your business needs.

When you add Mobile Office to your Business Cap, the connections on your Cap form a Business User Group (referred to as Group) allowing you and your team members to call each other free of charge from within Australia. You’ll also enjoy existing Vodafone mobile functions such as conference calls and extension dialling for free.

This allows you to free up more people from their desks, without the associated charges and encourages your team to stay in touch with each other as much as they need.

Mobile Office is an optional extra and is available for an additional monthly fee when you connect to a 24 month Business Cap plan.

Free calls between your team mobiles:

Unlimited free mobile calls between team members in the Group within Australia.

Free conference calls:

Hold a conference call with up to six team members within Australia.

Free voicemail deposit and retrieval:

Only one phone means only one Voicemail box, and it’s free, so in addition to being great value no-one will ever miss an important call because they’re on the road.

Free extension dialling:

Calling Group members is just like dialling an extension number from your desk phone. You can even select the extension numbers for your team.

Low international call rates:

Get Vodafone’s low international call rates any time of the day or night, making it affordable for your team to keep in contact with colleagues overseas. Fixed to Mobile

(optional for the $999 Business Cap or above on 24 month commitment option)

If you have selected Mobile Office, you can enjoy cheaper call rates on your existing Group fixed lines to nominated Group and other mobiles in Australia when you select the Fixed to Mobile add-on. With this great deal, there’s no need to install a new landline.

All you need to do is have your PBX reconfigured with the access code. Costs vary for this reconfiguration and you should contact your PBX maintainer for more information. See Important Information for further details.

Some special mobile numbers may not be chargeable through the Fixed to Mobile service. Calls to these numbers will be charged at the specified rates. You will be charged you for all calls made from the Group fixed lines to all Group and other mobile calls within Australia.

Your fixed line service provider will continue to charge you for all calls made from your Group fixed lines to other fixed lines and for calls to international and other special numbers.

The monthly call costs for calls made from mobiles within your Group must be at least half of the monthly call costs of calls made from the Group fixed lines. The Fixed to Mobile add-on is only available to customers whose fixed lines are owned by Telstra Corporation Limited or SingTel Optus Pty Limited, although customers may have a different provider for the network service provided to the fixed lines. 





All offers subject to change and available whilst stocks last. 1) Network Locking: Prepaid handsets are locked to the Crazy John’s network, a $70 fee applies if network locking is removed within the first 6 months from activation date. Postpaid handsets are locked to the Vodafone or Crazy John’s Network, charges may apply to unlock, check handset box for details. 2) Credit Expiry: Prepaid - 30 day credit expiry applies, use your credit on standard talk, text and more, some services excluded. Postpaid - 1 month credit expiry applies, Crazy John’s fair use policy applies, the amount of credit available on certain call types is restricted. 3) Crazy Caps: Available to approved customers who connect to the $19/$29/$49/$79/$99 Crazy John’s Cap for 12 or 24 months. The minimum cost to the customer on the $19/$29/$49/$79/$99 plan over 24 months is $456/$696/$1176/$1896/$2376 and over 12 months is $228/$348/$588/$948/$1188, plus any additional usage above the included value, plus monthly handset repayments over the term of the contract if applicable. Early Exit Fee of $9.50/$14.50/$24.50/$39.50/$49.50 respectively x months left on contract applies if not connected for 12 or 24 months. 4) CrazyTalk: Bonus talk time from Crazy John’s to Crazy John’s mobile services within Australia. Prepaid services require an active credit balance (minimum $0.10) to use CrazyTalk. 5) Free Gift: Offer is valid for a limited time and only to approved customers on selected plans. 6) RRP: Refers to the suppliers Recommended Retail Price for Australian retailers.
