Prepaid Caps - Terms and Conditions

YOUR USE OF THE NETWORK
Network limitations and the capabilities of your mobile phone may affect your ability to receive the service. Your mobile phone must be compatible with our network – for a list of compatible mobile phones, see crazyjohns.com.au/equipment.

Flat Chat Credit Expiry
25/35/45/55 day credit expiry applies to the $25/$35/$45/$55 FLATchat recharge amounts respectively.

FlatChat SMS
Pay only 1c for the first 100 texts each day. Additional texts will be charged at the standard SMS rate (25c each).

FlatChat Voice calls
Voice call will be charges at 10c per minute in 1 minute blocks plus flagfall.

TALK, TEXT, DATA & MORE
Includes: Standard national/international calls & video calls, standard national/ international SMS, MMS & video MMS, voicemail, directory assistance, calls to 13, 15 & 18 numbers, mobile internet. Excludes: Premium SMS & calls, National & International roaming.

UNLIMITED CRAZY TALK
Text and talk time from Crazy John’s to Crazy John’s mobile services within Australia 24/7. Commercial usage not permitted. Prepaid services require an active credit balance (minimum 1c) to use Crazy Talk.

CREDIT ROLLOVER
You can rollover your unused credit on Crazy Caps (up to $1000 Talk, Text, Data & More) when you recharge with another Crazy Cap prior to the credit expiry date.

BONUS OPTIONS
Bonus Options are only available on Crazy Cap recharges applied to Mobile Phone services (not Mobile Broadband services). You can choose between bonus SMS or bonus Data. You can change your Bonus Option when recharging online at crazyjohns.com.au. Otherwise the Bonus Option will default to your last choice (or Data for customers who have not yet selected). Bonus SMS are standard text messages sent within Australia to any standard mobile telephone number within Australia. You require an active credit balance (minimum 1c) to use your Bonus Options. We will draw down on your Bonus Options first (where applicable) before your Talk, Text, Data & More. Existing expiry period rules apply and Bonus Options do not rollover.

3RD RECHARGE REWARD
20% extra Talk, Text, Data & More will automatically be applied to your account every 3rd recharge. Applicable only for Cap recharges applied to Mobile Phone services (not Mobile Broadband services). Excludes vouchers purchased from 7-Eleven. Existing expiry period rules apply.

ONLINE RECHARGE BONUS
Available only on Crazy Caps, not available with any other offer, credit card purchase only.
