When you sign-up to a postpaid plan online, you’ll be assigned a new number and you’ll retain your existing contract with your current provider until the point when you call us on 132299 and request to port your number to Crazy John’s.
Your subscription details will be updated to to your new number. Your old number will only appear in the itemised call listing on your bill. Your usage will be split by old number and new number and your usage will not be pro-rated.
I authorise the porting of the Mobile Phone Number I have provided to the Gaining Mobile Service Provider (Crazy John's).
I authorise the Mobile Phone Number provided by me, the identity of the Gaining Carriage Service Provider, and the network type (e.g GSM, UMTS) to be disclosed to other Network Providers, Portability Service Suppliers, and Financial Institutions not otherwise involved in the Porting process, for the purpose of routing calls, routing of text messages to my Mobile Service Number after porting activity, and for network fault management, complaint handling, Fraud Prevention and to assist in fraud investigations.
