100527 Credit Check Privacy Notice

We may conduct credit checks on you. You understand and agree that Crazy John's may:

• Give personal information about you to a credit reporting agency in order to obtain a consumer credit report about you and to allow the credit reporting agency to create or maintain a credit information file about you;
• Obtain a consumer or commercial credit report containing information about you or about your commercial activities and credit-worthiness from a credit reporting agency or a business which provides information about the commercial credit worthiness of persons, in order to assess your credit-worthiness for the services you seek from Crazy John’s, and to collect overdue payments relating to any commercial credit owed by you; and
• Exchange information about you with other credit providers to assess your credit-worthiness for the services you seek from Crazy John’s and to provide and administer those services, to notify other credit providers of a default by you, or exchange information with other credit providers as to the status of any amounts owing by you where you are in default with other credit providers.
